Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Charges Free shipping on all prepaid orders above 999 INR. Orders below 999 INR will incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.
Delivery Timeline Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take longer.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email to follow your shipment in real time.
Shipping Partners We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery and Blue Dart, managed through Shiprocket. Delivery may not be available at all pincodes.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, or if you haven't received it within the expected window, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the packaging if reporting damage.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
