Refund policy

We have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Damages & Wrong Items Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Exchanges To exchange, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If 15 business days have passed post-approval, contact us at theraresteps@gmail.com.
