Yes — you can request a 7-day size exchange on unworn pairs in original packaging with tags attached. Customer pays return shipping. Reach out with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Customised and made-to-order pairs are generally not eligible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Most orders arrive in 14–21 calendar days from the order date, including dispatch and pan-India transit time. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Selected styles can be customised for colour, heel height, embellishment or sizing — including minor design tweaks. Custom orders typically need 4–6 weeks before dispatch. Request customisation with your event date.

Absolutely — we create footwear for brides, bridesmaids and family functions. Minor customisations are often possible on select styles. Please contact us 4–6 weeks before your event so we have time to craft your pair with care.

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can usually adjust the size, colour or delivery address. Message us as soon as possible with your order number — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.

Yes — we ship pan-India with reliable tracked courier partners. Metro delivery is typically faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer after dispatch.
