How do I find my size?
Our styles run true to UK sizing. Use the size guide or the size chart on each product page. Between sizes? Size up for wider feet.
Is The Rare Steps footwear handmade?
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans in India — pearl scatter, floral appliqué and block-heel silhouettes finished by hand, not mass-produced.
How long does dispatch and delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5–7 calendar days from the order date, including dispatch and pan-India transit time.
What is your exchange & refund policy?
Easy 7-day size exchange on unworn pairs in original packaging with tags attached. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued only for defective or faulty items; otherwise we offer a size exchange. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I request customisation?
Selected styles can be customised for colour, heel height or sizing. Custom orders typically need 10–14 business days before dispatch. Learn more or contact us with your event date.
How do I care for my heels?
Store in the dust bag provided, avoid moisture and clean embellishments gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from perfume and direct sunlight.
Do colours vary between pairs?
Slight variation is normal — each pair is hand-finished in small batches. Pearl placement, thread tone and floral shades may differ subtly from product photos.
